Free community gatherings and wellness workshops at our Bandra studio.
Wellness grows best in community. Alongside our classes and therapies, we open our doors for workshops that anyone can join — to move, breathe, reflect and learn together.
Our Full Moon, No Moon and Bhagavad Gita workshops are completely free for the community. We also hold Sound Healing workshops regularly at our Bandra studio.
Every week and every lunar cycle, there is something to join.

A community gathering to celebrate fullness, gratitude and energy.
In the yogic and Indian traditions, Purnima — the full moon — is a time of completion, abundance and heightened energy. Many people notice they feel more alert, emotional or restless around the full moon. Traditionally, it is a time to channel that energy with awareness rather than let it scatter.
Our Full Moon Workshop brings the community together to do exactly that. Through movement, breath, meditation and reflection, we pause to acknowledge how far we have come, give thanks, and set our energy in a clear direction for the days ahead.
It is completely free and open to everyone — you do not need any yoga experience to join.
A quiet, inward practice to rest, release and begin again.
Amavasya — the no-moon night — is the darkest point of the lunar cycle. With no moonlight, it has long been seen as a time to turn inward: to rest, let go of what no longer serves you, and quietly plant the seeds of what you want to grow.
Where the Full Moon Workshop celebrates, the No Moon Workshop restores. The practice is slower and softer, designed to calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter and give you a fresh start for the cycle ahead.
Together, the two workshops follow the rhythm of the moon — set your intention at the no moon, and watch it come to fullness at the full moon.
Timeless wisdom for everyday life — every Thursday, free for all.
The Bhagavad Gita is a 700-verse conversation between Arjuna, a warrior frozen by doubt on the eve of battle, and Krishna, his guide. In answering Arjuna’s questions — What is my duty? How do I act when I am afraid? How do I find peace? — it lays the foundations of yoga as a way of living, not only a practice on the mat.
Our Thursday workshop explores the Gita a little at a time, in simple language, with one question always in mind: how does this help me in my life today — at work, in relationships, and in the decisions I face?
It is completely free and open to all. You do not need to know Sanskrit, have read the Gita before, or follow any particular faith — just come with curiosity.

The Bhagavad Gita workshop runs every Thursday. Full moon and no moon dates follow the lunar calendar and change every month, so we share them before each workshop — message us on WhatsApp and we will keep you posted.
