Welcome to our yoga group classes

Class Format

We follow traditional style, seamlessly linking breath with movement. The class will consist of a series of asanas (poses) that flow together in a dynamic and fluid manner, helping to build strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll incorporate a combination of standing, seated, and reclined poses, ensuring a balanced practice that engages your entire body.

Breathing Techniques

Throughout the class, we will emphasize the importance of breath awareness. You will learn and practice various pranayama (breathing) techniques that help to calm the mind, increase oxygenation, and promote a deeper mind-body connection.

What to Bring

Please bring your water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks or straps, feel free to bring them, although they are not required.

Class Timings

Every session will have a duration of 60 minutes and classes are offered from Monday to Saturday. All timings are in IST.
