Have come here for the second time, Had an amazing experience during my full moon meditation

I thoroughly recommend this place for its energy , vibe and the most amazing teachers. I do yoga here regularly and have had the most amazing experience.

Mahati Wellness is a great space to learn and practice yoga for improving one’s health and well-being. The studio is located in a serene and peaceful environment that provides the best atmosphere for yoga practices. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed with warm hospitality and a sense of calm that instantly makes you feel at ease. The teachers at Mahati are well trained, passionate and skilled. The equipment’s and props are clean and readily available to help provide a comfortable practice. Besides yoga, they have an Ayurvedic nutritionist on board, an Ayurvedic spa, posture correction, teachers training and a Satvik cafe which opens very soon.

I’ve been practising yoga here for the last 2 months and it’s just not a yoga class but the entire experience which I cherish - the feel of the place , the ambience - just doesn’t feel like Mumbai - the chants that keep playing in the background , the aroma of the incense sticks - all small details that add up to make it a totally different experience unlike other yoga classes that I’ve attended. The teachers are very very nice and are very observant about the progress of the students which makes it feel very personal . Love the meditation in the classes - usage of props - just hope they maintain this . Have yet to explore the ayurveda side and other therapies- but so far yoga is just super !!!!

When it comes to Holistic Therapy, Mahati Wellness is the name to look foward to. They are totally focused on an individuals Physical, Emotional, Social and Spiritual well-being. I had attended sessions on Yoga, Nutrition Consultancy, Meditation, Breathing Exercises and Posture Correction. All these sessions were a total eye opener for me. I highly recommend Team Mahati Wellness as they thoroughly demonstrated their knowledge in the above mentioned subjects. A Big Thank You to Team Mahati Wellness!!! 🙏
