Course Duration: Our 900-Hour Teacher Training Course typically spans an extended period, ranging from eight months to one year  or two years depending on the schedule and format of the program. It combines in-person or virtual classroom sessions, self-study, practice teaching opportunities, mentorship, and practical assessments.

Curriculum Overview: Our curriculum is carefully crafted to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of yoga, enabling you to teach with confidence, depth, and authenticity. Here is an overview of the key components.

Advanced Yoga Philosophy and History: Deepen your knowledge of classical yogic texts, explore advanced philosophical concepts, and study the diverse paths and schools of yoga. Develop a comprehensive understanding of yoga’s ancient roots and its relevance in contemporary times.

Advanced Asana Study and Sequencing: Refine your understanding of yoga asanas, including advanced poses, variations, and modifications. Learn to sequence classes intelligently, taking into consideration the needs of different students and addressing specific goals or themes.

 Prerequisites: Our 900-hour teacher training course is designed for experienced yoga practitioners who have completed a 200-hour teacher training course and have a consistent personal practice. Prior teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
